Feeling Low?

We all go through lows in our lives – it is an ordinary reaction to negative or problematic situations. For some, the low periods are repetitive or continuous whilst for others they just last a short time. Either way, the key is to seek the appropriate help for your situation.

Building Your Resilience has been set up to empower those that are going through a low period to learn more about the options available to improve and manage their situation whether it is through the odd bout of sadness or through depression.

Our Building Resilience towards Depression programme runs for eight weeks and will take participants through some of the most common treatments, therapies and suggestions to lift your moods, improve wellbeing and to reduce some of the symptoms associated with depression.
