Nadine Zrinzo - President
Nadine brings to Building Experience a wealth of experience in producing and managing events and courses. Combined with her deep and personal understanding of depression, Nadine brings strong research, business and project management skills to the art of event management.

Nadine joined the conference industry in London, where she worked on developing programmes and acquiring speakers for various events. Since then, she has established her own business and currently provides full conference production and management solutions.

Nadine has a Masters in Project Management from the University of Queensland, a Diploma in Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors in Architecture & Civil Engineering from the University of Malta.

Lisa Renneisen - Secretary
For the past ten years Lisa has worked in product development, project management and marketing roles with several emerging technologies and startups.

Some of her notable achievements include initiating the global rollout of the History Channels mobile portal and managing the launch of e-mobile services in Germany and the UK for Britney Spears and DJ Bobo.

She is currently the Marketing Manager of a local Brisbane company where she is directly responsible for all outbound communications, sales collateral, event management, research and reporting.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Management degree from the University of South Australia.

Andrew Caesar - Treasurer
Andrew has over 7 years experience working in the corporate sector in a range of analytical roles. This experience has mainly been in the Commercial/Marketing area of large corporates. He has a particular knack for setting up pricing and reporting systems for new business ventures within an organisation. More recently he has been working in the mining industry with a focus on project financing.

Prior to his corporate career Andrew was a full-time Director of AIESEC, an international student-run non-profit organisation. He also volunteered for this organisation whilst at university, taking on numerous roles culminating as the State Manager for Queensland

Andrew is part way through a Masters in Business (Applied Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology and holds a Bachelors in International Business (International Management) from Griffith University.
