| Programme Overview
Building Resilience Towards Depression is a programme to help those seeking assistance in dealing with depression.
In a supportive environment, qualified therapists will share their knowledge and expertise on different ways depression can be managed.
The programme is advocating a multi disciplinary approach, addressing traditional, natural and creative therapies.
The option to bring a friend:
Building Resilience also believes that sometimes beating the blues is simply easier done with a friend by your side. Therefore, we encourage you to attend the programme with a friend/partner/carer (at no extra charge) as this will allow them to understand what you are learning and to therefore support you after the course, as you feel necessary.
Of course, bringing a friend is by no means a requirement, simply an option we like to give you if you think it would help your journey.
Medical support:
Whilst we do have professional therapists running some of the program’s sessions Building Resilience is not a medical organisation. If you have any concerns about participating on this programme or about any of the therapies being discussed and covered you are encouraged to discuss them with your GP or medical practitioner. |
